Organisations know that it makes sense to retain staff and promote from within. Many organisations have created “Development roles” but many who are understaffed due to the shortage of talented procurement professionals do not have the capacity inhouse to provide the individuals in the development roles with the training and mentorship required to plug any skills gap and upskill them to fulfil the requirements of the more senior roles.

We provide a hands on practical training and mentorship program that prepares experienced professionals to take on more responsibilities and builds confidence to step into more senior procurement roles within the organisation.

The training and mentorship is delivered by senior industry practitioners over an agreed period of time.
